Our Story
From a 4-person studio to a 64-person shop.
We grew one successful project at a time from our Nagpur HQ — no growth-hacked LinkedIn blitz, no bait-and-switch offshore model. Every customer came from a referral or a repeat engagement.
Our founders had lived the frustration of off-the-shelf enterprise software for a decade — too rigid when you need to bend it, too shallow when you need depth, and always billed as if configuration was an art form.
We started TATVEIN in 2018 with a simple premise: small teams that understand both the code and the business domain can ship better software than a platform plus consultants ever will. Ship the essential thing, ship it well, and ship it soon.
Eight years in, the thesis has only gotten stronger. The best engineering orgs we work with have stopped pretending that a single SaaS tool can map to their workflow. They want bespoke software shipped like product — iterative, measured, scoped.
That's what we do. 120+ builds later, we're still doing it the same way: small pods, weekly shipping, and outcomes you can put on a slide.

Earned SOC 2 Type II. Shipped our first HIPAA-audited clinical AI assistant. Opened a dedicated AI practice inside the Nagpur office.
